ConnectServices is a webGIS application designed to visualize and manage infrastructure data, it allows public authotrities, operators, auditors, to better manage their digital assets. The platform allows to cross-reference geographic infrastructure data with complementary data, such as the land registry, in order to visualize and analyze them. ConnectServices gives its users the autonomy of using georeferenced data to effectively manage maintenance operations, network extensions, adding a new network, etc. ConnectServices also allows to plan, monitor and analyze the results of field interventions carried out via our ConnectField mobile application.

Managing a distribution infrastructure has multiple aspects and requires processing different data, often exploited in various digital formats. ConnectServices allows visualizing the interaction between the different networks and their geographical and environmental constraints.

Multi-format data integration

Submitting a deliverable in SHP and CSV format is possible, other standards could be supported. It is possible to import standardized open source standards and WMS feeds. The data is integrated autonomously by administrators/users.

Autonomous user management

The administrator can define the roles and permissions of each user based on the projects assigned to them. ConnectServices also allows you to manage ConnectField users.

Planning and monitoring of audits

Definition of work areas, the type of technical points to be audited and assignment of field workers. Forms from the libraries can be associated with entities. All of the information is then transmitted directly to the user's phone of the ConnectField mobile application. ConnectServices allows you to view the completion status and information related to the audit of each entity with indication of any anomalies.

Map visualization

The web interface allows you to visualize all the integrated data in a cartographic manner. Detailed information on each network element is accessible with a simple click. A localization tool allows you to center the map on the user's position.

The visualization of each built-in data-related layer can be turned on or off with a single click depending on user needs.

What type of data formats can be used?

Submitting a deliverable in SHP and CSV format is possible. It is possible to import other standards defining formats linked to the Cadastre, the administrative division of the territory… Our teams are constantly working on integration of new standards in order to adapt the platform to the greatest number of use cases.

Is the data secure?

Access to the platform is subject to a username and password specific to each user. The administrator can define the roles and permissions of each user based on the projects assigned to them. Projects can be “watertight” from each other in order to allow information to be partitioned according to the administrator’s choices.

Where is the data hosted?

The data is hosted on secure servers in Europe.

What are the data portability measures?

The customer remains the owner of his data. The integrated data, documents and files occasionally produced as part of the use of ConnectServices may, at the end of the subscription period, be exported in an open format allowing their opening and use by various standard tools. of the market.
